Otto Toby is a resilient little guy who’s ready to leave the past behind. He was rescued from a heartbreaking situation, having spent most of his life in a cage. When his previous owner couldn’t care for him anymore, he was on the verge of being abandoned.
We stepped in to give Otto Toby a second chance, and now he’s ready to find a loving home where he can finally experience the happiness he deserves. He’s sweet, affectionate, and has so much love to give to the right family.
If you’re looking for a devoted companion with a big heart, Otto Toby is your guy.

Mixed-breed dogs pull traits from several lines, which often means fewer breed-linked health problems and a temperament best judged by meeting the dog. What the foster or shelter observed day to day is far more predictive than any breed guess.
Depends on the individual. A daily walk plus play is the baseline; ask the foster how the dog behaves after a quiet day.
Mixes are often excellent city dogs. Building breed restrictions are usually enforced on what a dog looks like, so ask the rescue how the dog is typically identified.
