I'm a 2-year-old Husky who was found wandering as a stray. Nobody knows exactly how I ended up out on my own, but one thing's for sure...
Those days are behind me.
Now I'm safe, I'm ready for a fresh start, and I can't wait to find a forever family that's ready to keep up with me!
Because here's the thing...
I'm a Husky.
And I take that job very seriously.
Do you enjoy leisurely strolls around the block?

I'm looking for someone who's excited about hiking mountains, running trails, spending weekends outdoors, and living an active lifestyle. Training for an ultramarathon? Sign me up! (Well... figuratively. I don't have opposable thumbs.) Professional kayaker? Absolutely! I'll happily supervise from the front of the boat and provide enthusiastic moral support. Camping? Exploring? Long adventures that leave us both happily exhausted?
Now you're speaking my language.
I'm a super sweet girl, but I have the energy and enthusiasm Huskies are famous for. I'll thrive with a family that's committed to giving me plenty of exercise, training, and mental enrichment. A bored Husky is a creative Husky... and trust me, that's not always a compliment!
If you're looking for a couch potato, we probably aren't the perfect match.
But if you're looking for a loyal adventure buddy who's always ready to say "What's next?", I think we're going to have an incredible time together.
Tatiana is searching for a family that embraces the Husky lifestyle—one filled with activity, adventure, and plenty of opportunities to burn off that famous Husky energy. If your idea of a perfect day includes fresh air, muddy shoes, and a happy dog by your side, Tatiana is already lacing up her imaginary running shoes.
Tatiana is spayed, dewormed, microchipped and is up to date with vaccines. Her adoption fee is $500.00, plus $8.50 for the dog license if you are a resident of NYC. Tatiana will also get one free exam with one of our participating veterinarians within 30 days of her adoption.

Independent, playful and famously stubborn. Huskies were bred to run for hours and are generally friendly with everyone — they make poor guard dogs and excellent escape artists.
Very high — 90+ minutes of real exertion daily. Under-exercised huskies dig, howl and escape.
One of the harder city breeds: vocal, high-energy, heat-sensitive and rarely reliable off leash. Needs an owner ready to run in the cold.
