Meet Myles! 🐾
Myles is a 10-month-old tiny Bulldog mix with a sweet, gentle soul and a curious little spirit. He can be a bit reserved when first meeting new people, but his curiosity always wins out — he warms up nicely and enjoys saying hello once he feels comfortable.
Myles is a little guy who appreciates having his own space. He absolutely loves his room and playpen, where he happily relaxes solo without making a peep. He’s showing us that he’s a bit of a little loner right now, but in the sweetest way — he comes out to explore, check in, and be part of the action when he’s ready.
This little guy definitely prefers the comforts of home. Once he learned how to climb the steps back inside, he decided the house was his happy place and will happily trot right back in! With a little encouragement, he’ll explore outside, find a cozy spot, and simply enjoy watching the world go by.
Myles is still building confidence with other dogs. He does well meeting dogs his size and has learned to feel more comfortable around bigger dogs with a little time. He can be a bit of a talker when there’s a barrier involved — especially if the neighbor dogs start barking!
And, like many young Bulldogs, Myles is highly motivated by food (and may need a little help remembering table manners because he’s a delightfully messy eater)
Myles is looking for a patient family who will give him the time and space to continue blossoming. In return, you’ll get a sweet, funny little companion who is learning that the world is a safe and wonderful place.
Comic, affectionate and people-oriented. Frenchies want to be with you constantly and are usually easygoing with strangers and other dogs.
Low — two or three short walks and some indoor play. They tire quickly.
Near-ideal apartment dog: small, quiet and low-exercise. The serious caveat is breathing — flat faces make them dangerously heat-intolerant, so summer walks must be early, short and shaded. Expect higher vet costs.
